Preliminary Matters:

On March 18, 2009, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools’ (SACS) Quality Assurance Review Team will conclude its observations. On this date, after the Team reviews its findings with the Director and staff, it will present the Oral Exit Report at a publicly called meeting of the school board. This will be a special called board meeting, open to the public, held for the purpose of receiving the findings from the Team. This meeting will contain only one agenda item – to hear the Team’s findings – and no other actions or items will be discussed. This special called board meeting and agenda will be as follows:
